Courchevel

The Courchevel condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, within short walking distance to the lifts and right on the free bus route. Ski lockers located in the common, underground garage are available for your use or just leave your gear with the free ski concierge at Deer Valley Resort!

1120 Empire Avenue

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

Double Jack

Double Jack offers spacious and well-appointed Park City condominiums located in a small building in the a historic old town. Main Street is just minutes away from Double Jack and Park City Mountain Resort is within walking distance, too. The condos are equipped with a private sauna and hot tub for guests to warm up in after a long day on the slopes

14th Street Townhomes

Located right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, the 14th Street Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. Townhomes are on 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. Each one has a private deck, washer/dryer, and 1-car garage (only suitable for small vehicles).

Powder Pointe

The Powder Pointe condominiums are located a short walk away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort. Park City's Historic District is less than a mile up the road and the free shuttle stops about 100 yards away. These condos provide an affordable, convenient lodging option close to skiing, shopping and dining. The property has shared guest laundry facilities and an outdoor hot tub open during winter season.

Fairway Springs

Situated about 300 yards from the Waldorf Gondola at the base of Canyons Village, Fairway Springs is a wonderful property for guests looking for spacious living areas. Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Vaulted ceilings offer a bright and airy feeling throughout, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the Uinta and Wasatch ranges. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.

Three Kings

The Three Kings Condominiums are located adjacent to the Park City Golf Course, which becomes a cross-country ski trail system during winter months. The complex is comprised of 9 buildings and offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and indoor sauna. The Clubhouse has a media center, showers and underground additional parking. Most condominiums at Three Kings are within walking distance to the Three Kings lift or Silver Star lift at the Park City Mountain Resort. They are also on the free shuttle route for those who prefer not to walk. The Three Kings area is beautifully landscaped and offers panoramic views of the mountains.

Stag Lodge

The townhomes at 1475 Park Avenue are located about two blocks from the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. The Town Chairlift and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District are less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. These townhomes provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining. These townhomes are on three levels, and are approximately 1,400 square feet in size. The entry door on the second floor faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located. Each unit has an open living area with a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a private garage.

Town Pointe

Town Pointe Condominiums offer the utmost in location, nestled at the base of historic Main Street in Park City. Town Pointe is just a short walk from the Town Lift, where the guests can catch a chairlift and be on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort in a matter of minutes.
