Aspenwood

Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, the Aspenwood Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location, ¼ of a mile down the road from the Deer Valley Resort, and right on the free bus route. Park City's Main Street is just a short bus ride away as well. The wonderful views of the Deer Valley Resort ponds make Aspenwood Townhomes a great getaway for the entire family. With private hot tubs, they allow for secluded relaxation after a day of skiing.

Hidden Creek

Hidden Creek town homes are located just below Canyons Village base area at Park City Mountain. Their quiet location is away from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet just a short walk across the street to the Cabriolet lift which takes you from the resort's parking lots and drops you right in the center of the village. Hidden Creek offers a common area pool (summer only), tennis courts, hot tub and laundry for the complex.

Abode at Pinnacle

This gorgeous, beautifully remodeled Deer Valley Pinnacle Condo has it all. Whether you’d like to stay in at night and cook in the gourmet kitchen or dine in one of the many fine restaurants on Main Street in Historic Old Town or Deer Valley itself, this Pinnacle Condo is in the perfect location. A free shuttle drives by throughout the day to take you to and from the Snowpark Lodge, where the kids can take group ski lessons, or go to the childcare. This stellar location is also just a short drive to the Park City Mountain Resort or The Canyons, if members of the family are snow boarders. The free bus to other resorts and all things Park City is also a short walk away on Deer Valley Drive.

7700 Sterling Drive

This beautiful ski in ski out home - nicknamed Sterling Vista - is in the prestigious Silver Lake area of Deer Valley. With luxury features and a 'million dollar view', this is one of the most desirable properties in the Deer Valley area. The home is located right across the street from the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' providing easy access to the slopes each day. There's three master suites and two deluxe bunk rooms with beautiful mountain deco, sleeping 16 to 19 people. Daily maid service is included at no additional charge on all ski season rentals at this property. Sterling Vista has 5000 square feet with three levels of living space. The impressive entry opens onto the main level of the home featuring the living room, kitchen, dining areas and two of the bedroom suites. Two additional spacious master suites are located on the top level of the home, along with a loft area with a sofa sleeper. On the lower garage level, you'll find a bunk bedroom and a convenient ski prep area. Living Room: Kick back in the leather couches and watch your favorite movie on the large screen 65" HDTV or enjoy the amazing views from the large pane windows. The brand new gas burning fireplace and a Sonos speaker system make this a great place to relax after a long day on the mountain. Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is located on the main level of the home. It has high quality stainless appliances including a new Wolf gas cook top in a granite island. There's two refrigerators, two ovens, plenty of cookware, lots of dishes and kitchen accessories - everything you need to cook for a large group. There's seating for three at the island plus a big kitchen table so this will be a popular spot for the gang to keep the cook company. The Webber grill is located just outside the kitchen door for those steaks and burgers. Dining Room: The formal dining room is located just off of the living room. With seating for 8 guests this is a perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal. The round table located in the kitchen area provides dining space for 6 guests. Hot Tub: 6 person hot tub is located on the deck just off of the kitchen area with beautiful mountain views. Webber Genesis natural gas grill on this deck also. 365 Deer Valley Drive

This professionally decorated town home has it all! From high-end finishes inside and out to the highest quality furnishings and state-of-the art audio, video and lighting systems throughout. This home has a state-of-the-art "CRESTRON" controlled dedicated home theatre room with stadium seating and a massive 100-inch screen. Every TV is wired with satellite/cable. This town home is in a luxury four-unit complex, located on Lower Deer Valley Drive, a very short walk from Park City’s historic Main Street. A short walk will take you to the Frostwood Gondola which will whisk you up to the Canyons base area, providing convenience to skiing, biking, hiking, shopping and dining. From Canyons, guests can also access Park City Resort for additional mountain adventures. Looking for the perfect summer golf getaway? The Canyons golf course is also just outside your front door. The exterior of Town Pointe feature rustic post and beam architectural accents, consistent with Park City's historic charm. 1475 Park Avenue

The townhomes at 1475 Park Avenue are located about two blocks from the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. The Town Chairlift and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District are less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. These townhomes provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining. These townhomes are on three levels, and are approximately 1,400 square feet in size. The entry door on the second floor faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located. Each unit has an open living area with a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a private garage.
