The Town Chairlift and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District are less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. These townhomes provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining. These townhomes are on three levels, and are approximately 1,400 square feet in size. The entry door on the second floor faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located. Each unit has an open living area with a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a private garage.

The Three Kings Condominiums are located adjacent to the Park City Golf Course, which becomes a cross-country ski trail system during winter months. The complex is comprised of 9 buildings and offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and indoor sauna. The Clubhouse has a media center, showers and underground additional parking. Most condominiums at Three Kings are within walking distance to the Three Kings lift or Silver Star lift at the Park City Mountain Resort.
