Once you enter the restaurant, you'll feel as if you are inside a real, working garage, complete with cars and motorcycles on hoists and a 50-seat bar made of toolboxes. The menu features an array of tacos, fajitas, burritos, salads and even a "gringo" menu for those who are looking for burgers and fried chicken. Billy Blancos is located in Quarry Village, just outside of Kimball Junction and the main Park City area.
