This gorgeous home in Nordic Village, an area in lower Deer Valley, is situated at the end of a private drive. The home is designed for viewing the mountains and surrounding scenery. It can accommodate large groups of friends and family both for visiting and entertaining. The main floor features a great room with large dining area, well appointed kitchen and a beautiful living room with dual sided fireplace. The fireplace extends to cozy living area with large flat screen TV and sectional sofa.

All four of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, there is an additional living area that has a queen size sleeper sofa which can be used as another living space if you choose. The first bedroom has 2 double beds and a new flat screen TV along with plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to one of the full baths. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bunk bed. These three bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms. The oversized master bedroom has a king size bed and a private deck with sweeping views of Deer Valley Resort. The master bath features a walk-in closet and a large walk in shower and double vanity.

A large hot tub sits on the deck off the living room. There is plenty of storage with a 2 car garage and 2 additional parking spots in the driveway.
