About Newpark Townhome - 2BR + Den Condo + Private Hot Tub
Newpark Resort & Town Center is the perfect place to experience one of the world's best ski and summer destinations: Park City, Utah. Whether you come to ski in Utah's famous snow or bask in the mountain sun of high summer, the Park City area is a premier vacation mecca for outdoor adventures complemented by the finest food, entertainment and other pleasures.
Enjoy the relaxing warmth in front of the three sided gas glass fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and a great room provide a spacious feel. All residences have two master bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sealed burner gas range, dishwasher, self cleaning oven and microwave. There is high definition, flat panel LCD TV's in every room. There are granite kitchen and bath counters and oversized showers in the master bath.
Newpark Resort Dual Master Suites are fully furnished and beautifully appointed two story townhomes offering between 1,271 to 1,483 square feet of spacious comfort. The first master has a king bed. The second master has two twins. We have a limited number of units that can have a king instead of two twins. This will only be done upon request and is subject to availability. The den usually has a one twin but a second twin can be added and is sized for children, not adults. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living.
Clean up quickly with a private washer and dryer.
The private outdoor hot tubs are drained, cleaned, serviced and refilled prior to each check-in for your comfort.
