Parkview Townhomes are located 3/4 mile to the Park City Resort and on the free shuttle route, connecting you to historic Main Street's shopping, dining, and nightlife. Offering privacy and mountain views, these units back up to a green belt walking path.

This three bedroom, three and a half bathroom townhome can accommodate up to ten guests with a queen bed in all three bedrooms and two twin sleepers in the den. Amenities include a full kitchen, multiples TVs, a DVD player, a VCR, two fireplaces, a private washer/dryer, a private hot tub and garage parking.

During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
