This private house is located in the Prospector Square area of Park City, about 2 miles from Park City Resort. It's set up for large groups and has all the amenities you'll need. The living room features a large flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace and a cozy leather sectional couch. A large built in computer area with another large flat screen is great for games. There's a deck off the living room with a huge BBQ and lots of patio furniture for sunny days.

The kitchen is equipped for large groups with dishes and flatware for 20. There are lots of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The dining room seats eight to ten at a large dining room table located right off the kitchen.

The main level features a bedroom with a king bed, a flat screen TV, and an adjoining full bathroom. Also on the main level are two bedrooms each featuring 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and sharing a bathroom in the hall. The fourth and fifth bedrooms on the main level each feature two twin beds, a TV and share a bathroom. The sixth bedroom offers one queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a large, beautifully tiled shower stall. The remaining bedrooms can be found downstairs. One of those bedrooms features a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large shower. The remaining two bedrooms each offer twin bunk beds and a TV in each room as well as a shared bathroom.

The downstairs level offers a game room with two pinball machines, a futon sleeper, a fireplace and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The hot tub is located right outside this room. Downstairs you'll also find a spacious laundry room with entrance to the garage. This works as a ski prep room as well.

There is a two car garage plus additional parking for 2 cars in driveway. The large private hot tub is located on the deck off of the game room. This unit offers a private washer and dryer.
