Fifth - Queen size bedroom located on the first floor. This room has it's own private suite with an additional full kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Den: Located on the third floor. This room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a wall mounted 42" HDTV with digital cable, DVD player and surround sound stereo. French doors close for privacy. Shares bathroom with 3rd and 4th bedrooms.

Deck: There are many decks throughout the home. However, the back porch takes the cake! This large space has a built in fireplace and BBQ grill as well as the private hot tub!

Pool Hall: Located just off of the kitchen area. There is a professional billiards table with a great stereo system. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the company of family and friends!
