This 1 bedroom plus loft, 1 bath condominium can accommodate up to 6 guests with a queen bed, two twin beds in the loft, and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, TV, DVD player, wood burning fireplace, and view of Park City Mountain Resort.

The Powder Pointe complex features a common area outdoor hot tub, common area laundry facilities, and outdoor parking.

During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
