The Woods is a mountain retreat in Deer Valley's mid-mountain Silver Lake area. Guests can ski from the back porch to the slopes of Deer Valley, and walk back to the unit. The Woods lives up to its name, with an ideal, quiet location surrounded by aspens and pines.
This five bedroom, five bathroom property boasts unique accents, vaulted wood beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing valley to mountain views. The master bedroom, with fireplace and full bath, is on the upstairs level. The main level has the full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a dining area, a living room with a stone fireplace and one bedroom. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, a sauna and a private outdoor hot tub. Bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom and two doubles in the fourth bedroom. The fifth bedroom suite, which is separate from the main house and accessed via an enclosed breezeway just opposite the front door, has a king bed, a sitting area, a full bath, air conditioning, a dry bar and a mini-fridge. This town home may accommodate twelve guests.
Hot tubs are not included with rates during the summer season but are available for a setup fee. Minimum age to rent is 25.
