Amenities include a full kitchen, dining area, TVs, a DVD player, a VCR, a wood burning fireplace, and a private washer and dryer.
The Powder Ridge complex features a common area hot tub. Although a vehicle is not required, this unit aslo features a reserved underground parking spot.
During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
