This large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath duplex features a full kitchen with new appliances, a new dining table with seating for 8, a wood fireplace, a private washer/dryer and a common hot tub (shared with adjacent duplex unit). There is cable TV, a DVD player, VCR and a CD player. This unit sleeps 11 with a king in the master, a king and a twin trundle in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, and a double and twin bed in the fouth bedroom.
During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
