The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, just between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with very easy access to the free bus. This recently redecorated and upgraded condominium has a log and wood trim throughout, with many natural light. It is built on two levels with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the main floor and the bedrooms on the lower level. The private outdoor hot tub is just outside the sliding glass door of either bedroom which makes it very convenient for both living spaces.
The living room has a Vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo, full size Murphy bed, adjoins the kitchen and dining area. There is also a gas BBQ grill on the deck outside this room. The kitchen has a well equipped for cooking meals, tile counters and hardwood flooring. The dining table has a seating for six persons, plus two bar stools at kitchen counter.
There is a private outdoor hot tub on patio with access through either bedroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer in downstairs utility room. This unit has a wireless Internet and attached one car garage.
