Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Vaulted ceilings offer a bright and airy feeling throughout, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the Uinta and Wasatch ranges. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.

Greyhawk condominiums are centrally located just 1/2 mile from Deer Valley Resort and are on the free shuttle route. Enjoy a beautiful condominium located on Deer Valley Drive at the entrance to Deer Valley Resort and within a short half mile walking distance to Park City’s historic Main Street with its many shops, clubs, and over 100 restaurants. Woodside Condominiums

This cozy condo offers convenience and comfort. Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus. Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining. This condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and one parking space allotted.

1120 Empire Avenue

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.
